This scorecard was produced by the Lagos State Accountability Mechanism for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (LASAM). It shows progress in key maternal, newborn, and child health indicators in the state.
The scorecard was developed using data from the District Health Information System 2 (DHIS2) for the January to June 2017 period.
LASAM asks the Lagos Ministry of Health to improve the quality of data entered in the DHIS2 by facilitating monthly data validation meetings with medical record officers and local government officers.
