This scorecard tracks key maternal and perinatal death review (MPDR) indicators in hospitals in Ondo State.
The indicators in this scorecard are based on Nigeria’s Maternal and Perinatal Death Surveillance and Response (MPDSR) national guidelines.
The scorecard uses facility data from January-March 2016.
MamaYe asks all facilities in Ondo to ensure adequate staff awareness and that all facilities constitudee their MDR committees immediately.
