Jigawa State ISS Scorecard
This scorecard highlights the performance of twelve Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal (CEmONC) hospitals, and summarises data obtained from Basic Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Care (BEmONC) health facilities in nine Gunduma Districts in Jigawa State, Nigeria.It was published by MamaYe, the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Health and Community Health and Research Initiative in 2014.Data was collected using the Integrated Supportive Supervision (ISS) checklist and maternal newborn and child health (MNCH) indicators for the quarters preceding January 2013, April 2013 and January 2014. Data was unavailable for the quarters preceding July 2013 and October 2013. Health facility performance is summarised across the following areas:
- patient care
- facility management procedures
- finances, equipment and infrastructure
- drug supply system
- routine immunisation
- maternal, newborn and child health
