GOMBE PHC STOCKOUT OF ESSENTIAL LIFE-SAVING COMMODITIES SCORECARD

E4A-MamaYe have supported Gombe State Government to Produce their very first Stockout of Essential Life-saving Commodities Scorecard in Primary health facilities in the state from January to June 2018.
Based on the scorecard result, the Gombe state Accountability mechanism for Maternal and Newborn Health (GoSAM) Ask:
- Gombe State Primary Health Care Development Agency (GSPHCDA) to supply lifesaving commodities to the remaining Primary Healthcare facilities that are not covered by development partners
- GSPHCDA to provide the needed leadership and support for prompt and proper data submission to the DHIS2
- The development partners supplying the lifesaving commodities to collaborate with the GSPHCDA to provide on the spot mentoring and coaching on completion of HMIS forms for improved reporting.
