With the support from MamaYe, the Gombe State Accountability Mechanism for Maternal and Newborn Health (GoSAM), did a public presentation of scorecards on Maternal and Newborn Health and Health Budget for the year 2016.The Budget Scorecard shows that Gombe State needs high transparency in its budget process.
